Rachel Mowbray

I support Rise and our partner organisations to make decisions based on up-to-date evidence. I also support the team to evaluate our work and ensure that we are continually improving and demonstrating the value of what we do.  My work includes developing evaluation plans, survey design, data analysis, report writing, focus groups, and advising colleagues on all things research, data, and evaluation.
